1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zusta Digital website (zustadigital.com) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Zusta Digital provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Website Design & Development
• Content Marketing & Strategy
• Email Marketing & Automation
• Branding & Creative Design

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Ensure that all content, materials, and assets provided to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Make payments as per the agreed-upon schedule

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals or service agreements.
• A deposit may be required before work commences.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified (typically 7-15 business days).
• Late payments may result in suspension of services and may attract interest charges.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project (designs, code, content).
• Zusta Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party tools, stock assets, and pre-existing frameworks used in projects remain the property of their respective owners.
• The Zusta Digital brand, logo, and website content are the property of Zusta Autonetic Pvt. Ltd.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, client data, and trade secrets shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Zusta Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
• We do not guarantee specific results from SEO, advertising, or marketing campaigns, as results depend on various external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments for incomplete work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms
• Interfere with the website's functionality or security

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
